Introducing Mandarin Floss: A new thread is here!

Introducing Mandarin Floss! The newest addition to our thread lines at KC Needlepoint! 

Mandarin Floss is a strandable thread, making it extra versatile! It can go back and forth between both 18 and 13 mesh canvas. One strand of Mandarin Floss is comprised of 6 individual ply, twisted together. We recommend stranding the thread and using 4 individual ply laid together on 18 count canvas, and six ply on 13/14 count canvas. 

One truly unique thing about Mandarin Floss is that it is actually made of bamboo! It is delightful to work with! It's a very durable thread and it won't pill. Mandarin Floss comes in lots of bright and cheerful colors that make fantastic "basics." Stitch your whole project in Mandarin Floss or mix it in with other fibers. It looks fabulous against sparkles and other textures. This thread is sure to become a staple in your stitching world.
