Reverse Horizontal Slanted Gobelin 2 over 1 is a stitch that is worked over two canvas threads horizontally and up one vertically.  Stitches will angle towards the upper left as this stitch has been reversed.  This stitch may seem a little tricky as it does not fall on a "true diagonal."

As you place each next stitch, you will shift over just one canvas thread horizontally, as our stitches are very close together.

Work this stitch in horizontal rows, snaking back and forth.

The above example was stitched in Petite Very Velvet.
