Hungarian Stitch
Hungarian Stitch is made up of groups of three stitches. Two of the stitches are vertical stitches span over two canvas threads and the third spans over four.
Double Parisian Stitch
Double Parisian Stitch is made up of vertical straight stitches over two and over four canvas threads. The stitches are worked in pairs.
Bargello Wave- Vertical
Bargello Stitches are great stitches for water and areas you want to add movement to. They can be worked with rows directly next to each other, or like our diagram and example, can be spaced out with an open canvas thread between.

There are so many variations on Brick Stitches. This version of the stitch is worked as a vertical straight stitch that spans over two canvas threads.
Staggered Diagonals Stitch
Staggered Diagonals is another diagonal stitch that sounds exactly like its name. It is made up of diagonal stitches on a "true diagonal" that all span over two canvas threads.
Double Nobuko Stitch- Reverse
Reverse Double Nobuko Stitch is a variation on Nobuko Stitch where stitches over one and over three are doubled and worked in pairs.
